Finding the Perfect Property

Understanding your priorities and dislikes will be extremely useful to help you find your perfect property more efficiently. Create a wish-list to define your requirements. Keep to five points for each and highlight those you are willing to compromise on.

The Perfect Property

Must Have
 – List all the essentials your property will need to have including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garden size, perhaps a garage or nearby amenities.

Nice to Have – These are the added extras that would make a property more appealing to you. These might include outbuildings, a swimming pool and countryside views.

No-No – Don’t forget to list the things that would make a property unsuitable for you, for example houses for sale without gardens or isolated locations.
